I feel that the dogs are being neglected and am very surprised that they can't be adopted since they are such beautiful and smart dogs from what I observed today.. it is very inhumane to leave the dogs in a little pen with no exercise or companionship.. I am a animal advocate and understand that funds can be very low in different counties but I'm sure it's possible to at least put a big fence around in the back so the dogs can run around at least.

Pick up nuisance dog?
Yes, they do their best to adopt or send to rescues.
First off, we are so sorry about your dog. We know it's never an easy decision to make. Unfortunately, you will have to go to a local vet for that.

Are you wanting to adopt? If so, then yes, you'll have to pick them up.
This would be best asked to Clinton City Hall or Police Station.
I'm not aware of an after hours number for Anderson County Animal Control or the shelter. You might call the Clinton police department to ask if they have any suggestions.
I don't know but I think there is a certain age you have to be you should be able to call and ask
