Greyhound is gone to hell through the years
You would have to buy and print your tickets online. Make sure you print them. The desk clerk here was rude and is only available sometimes
I bought my tickets online with a credit card. You can use a prepaid even if you'd like .Worst trip ever.
Go online to greyhound there number is there but you can book YOUR trip there too.
It's hard to communicate with these people
Call customer service..they can book your ticket if you paying with a credit card
Really the phone if your lucky...if you can go to your local bus station and talk to a person
