I wish I would give this establishment zero stars. They first of all they have no way to contact customer service except through a web form that they don’t even respond to. The only way to contact a corporate location is through snail mail. This business is designed to exploit and rip people off. I had the worst experience of my life. The bus was first of all not clean and smelled horrible. Then the bus broke down, I had to wait in the bus for 6 hours. I spent 10 hour total on the bus and only got half way to my destination. I had to get someone to pick me up and drive a total of 6 hours to get me. The mechanics were delayed and the alternate bus had still not arrived when I was picked up. The bus driver was not knowledgeable on what was going on and we were all notified when a bus was on the way after 2 hours in. I am disappointed in the professionalism in this situation. It was incredibly frustrating as we were told one thing and then it was not delivered in a timely manner. I would like to be refunded not only for my bus fair but the additional cost to get to my final location. A trip that was supposed to be 8.5 hours was elongated to a 13 hour trip with no help from greyhound.

Roaches on the bus, bus driver not telling us where we are on the mic, 3 hours behind schedule just terrible.

This particular station is the worst. Greyhound used to be terrific. They went downhill.
They are HORRIBLE!!!
Greyhound is gone to hell through the years
Im so sorry i will keep you in my prayers
Worst run company in America! I can't believe they are still in business! Apparently, that is typical behavior for Greyhound🤔
You are very safe will see to it am one of the drivers so no worries
I als0 know no Spanish. If you find someone who can translate. They lost my luggage in Cincinnati. Hold on tight.
I completely agree with the staff whom work behind the counter. I would have given them a zero but I have met a couple, 2-3 at most, but the staff helping w luggage and assisting customers to their best ability and for those workers influenced my decision.
This greyhound location is the worst. Back in January I booked a trip from Richmond VA to Chatanooga TN for a new job. I had to be at orientation at 7 am Monday morning. I left Richmond at 6:45 am. Had 2 bus swaps 1 in Durham and the other Asheville. Bus broke down in Raleigh and the replacement bus had no heat. Mind you it was about 10 degrees that day. Several of the buses did not have wifi nor power outlets as advertised. Good thing I brought a power block so my cellphone and tablet had power for the whole trip. Anyway back to the main point. Knoxville to Chatanooga was the last leg of my "14" hour bus trip. 1st off the heat was 98 degress inside the terminal. Outside was about 5. So you have a choice of sweating like your in a sauna or freezing to death on the platform or front of the terminal. On to the best part. So when my bus to take me to Chatanooga showed up greyhound had combined a route from somewhere else which caused the bus to be overbooked.
It should be possible to get a bus from Knoxville to Nashville or Memphis did u call the bus company
You can if you're lucky enough to find somebody to help you at that bus station.
First of all its Greyhound with an E. No one that isn't a ticketed passenger is supposed to be in the bathrooms or anywhere in the passenger or smoking areas. If you had ever ridden the Greyhound you would understand why they have these rules and maybe have some gratitude.
In life I found that there are those full of care and those that don't understand how to. Peace!
No Knoxville is the closest you can get to pigeon forge.
Download the app or go to their website. Fares vary by how far you want to go
Stay far away from it. It's horrible. Junkies and homeless people everywhere
Bathroom sinks don't drain the place is extremely nasty very sad for Greyhound. I would not stop at this place
Depends on. What kinda life you looking for n what ya got in ya bank account
Contact the corporate Greyhound office
Small claims court unfortunately!!!
It's closed from 6 a.m till 6 p.m
I have no clue I was just riding through
Just heard they were bought.
Ya just tell the clerk they will help you..
Greyhound don't have enough customers service working.
Hey, i don't know your dates but listen good there and ask questions so you don't miss your bus. They do not always keep you updated. Be safe.
24hrs
Not much of anything inside most of them from my experience
I doubt if this would be permitted. For reason of public health. Unless if after cremation, the ashes is put in an Urn.
From my trip they were really close to the time they said, but that could change due to road conditions or wrecks traffic is a factor
It is ok just stay close to the station
About 45 min t[ an hour. Depending[n traffic
If it non refundable, and it says on the ticket E tix ir otherwise, then its nonrefundable. You can transfer the date of travel though.
Google the number it's in Cleveland, TN
Pull up Greyhound on your computer and pull schedule tab...
I believe you are asking about Knoxville, TN. Yes Greyhound travels to Knoxville TN from most hubs. Good luck.
They don't have a parking lot. Maybe you can on the street outside, but no not in a parking lot.
Before 5:45am at least the day you're leaving. But you can go online and get an e-ticket and everything's a breeze!
Check website it should tell you. And they have a 800 number
Greyhound should have provided you and others new tickets. Free of charge.
