If it non refundable, and it says on the ticket E tix ir otherwise, then its nonrefundable. You can transfer the date of travel though.
Sorry I'm not sure....just call them and they can explain the situation to you...
Might want to call in or go to the station. But if you got it online check your ticket cause some tickets are non refundable.
