Worst run company in America! I can't believe they are still in business! Apparently, that is typical behavior for Greyhound🤔
I feel for you, my experience the week of Thanksgiving they lost one of my cases. I saw it put under the bus, when we got to my destination the driver refused to move luggage around so I would be able to see if it was under other luggage. To make matters worse the attendant at the counter was busy flirting with a very cute man. She showed me two tickets and said fill them out, which I did. I took my luggage back and ask her to get it put on the bus, she said I had to carry my luggage to each bus I transferred to. When I called the bus next stop (Nashville, TN) we ask if they would do a more thurl look. The attendant get mad and said there wasn't any one to do that that night. After several calls I know I will never see my luggage again and blamed me for having the wrong tickets. Greyhound Bus Co will not be responsible for anything thing. I also ask the desk attendant to insure my luggage and she said that they didn't do that. Found out later they did. Train is next trip.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day spent in this bus station because of poor planning for drivers! Now I understand why I never rode the bus for the last 40 years. and will never again in my lifetime. Take the train and have more fun~V.
