Where is the best handicap parking. I tried to call, but there is no answer and then I get a busy signal.

Michele my family dropped me at the door (I am disabled) and parked in the Fox garage across from the side entrance. They will let you exit from that door but there are stairs. If someone is in a wheelchair the main entrance is the best bet.

Unfortunately, I suspect that the standard parking garage is your best bet. That is, unless your event specifically has valet parking. The parking garage isn't terribly far away (just across the street), and I suspect they'd let you in the VIP enterence, which is even closer to the garage, if you tell them that you are handicapped.
