Hello, I went in the store on September the 1st, with me daughter and a friend. The store was fully stocked, very clean and well organized. However, the ladies who were working behind the counter held a personal conversation between the two of them the entire time we were in the store. Neither employee greeted us, asked if we needed help, they did Not say a word to us . Meanwhile, their personal conversation continued. There was also a lady working in the shoe area of the store. I'm trying to understand how three grown women, over the age of 35, thought it was okay not to greet customers and talk about their personal lives so openly. . I also suspect one of the employees was a supervisor or manager. The person or persons Responsible for ensuring Employees provide friendly, professional Customer service may want to speak to management about their customer service policies. Speaking to customers entering the store, is showing common courtesy and respect to them, just like I'm sure the employees want from the customers. Additionally, customers have NO desire to hear an employees Explicit Personal Conversation.
