Any indication that purses are allowed at the Fox Theater are false. Small wallets of the dimensions 6 x 4 x 1 inches are allowed, all PURSES must be left in the car or checked at the baggage check area. This is a no exception rule except for medical bags which will be searched and x-rayed. This policy is in effect for the Fox Theater who won, Pine Knob Music Theater, and Little Caesars Arena. It may also be the policy at other venues so check the venue. I work security for l c a and know this to be a fact sure. I suggest you only bring ID, a credit card as cash is not accepted, your phone and your keys.

Women purses can only be the size of a small wallet, unless you have a medical condition and you have to carry a medical device. Example: no larger than a large cell phone. They will make you take it back to the car.

Yes but you have to go through a metal detector and have your cellphone, keys & other metal out of purse. Keep purse open since they do look inside. Dont try to bring in any snacks or even water because that isn't allowed. I've seen people stopped for those things more than once. You can go back & put them in your car or throw it out then they will let you in.
