21 and younger until midnight and then only 21 after midnight . I know this because I go there all the time and have kids.
Just like every other drinking establishment restaurant in Kansas: if you are under the age of 21 you must be accompanied by a 21 or older supervisor to be in the building until midnight.
You can enter at any age, but can't drink until drinking age of course.
Pretty sure it's 21, but not completely.
