It's actually all ages until midnight! Unless it is a specified holiday like new years, or halloween, that is 21+

I'd recommend ages 8 and up until 9pm.

I believe it is any age up until a certain time (maybe 10 pm or midnight)? And as long as it isnt the last Wednesday of the month.
