Not the greatest despite the rep. Had brown recluse spiders everywhere, Mike from maintenance has mood swings. He can have a terribly unprofessional demeanor. Hope you hire better people in the future. EDIT: “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Are you kidding? Ok, I’ll dish more then. I had to contact the office several times for you guys to do anything. Lisa (mgr) was rude throughout since she acted like I was bothering her. She finally got pest inspection to come over after I called to tell her that I literally woken up to a spider on me. She actually hung up on me mid-sentence while I was thanking her for calling pest control since I was trying to keep it professional while I was there. After all, I’m “family and it’s my home”, right?? Another thing, your maintenance staff never leave notes saying they came by until I asked about it, and even then it was sporadic at best. They just come in and leave without notice. You also were the only place I EVER rented from where I didn’t receive my full security deposit back. I’ve always been a good tenant and do my best to leave units the way I found it. You claimed there were minor “scuff marks” on some of the countertops and deducted some of my deposit which is ludicrous. Newsflash, when people LIVE somewhere, there’s a normal amount of wear and tear. Shall we look at your place? Mine was minor, and it was due to you using that terrible plastic speckled countertop where if there’s any water on it, the specks eventually fade and come off a little. In addition, you rip out carpets all the time. You ripped them out when I moved in and also when I moved out. That’s unnecessary since my carpet was spotless when I left and that causes the bugs to come out. This all goes in line with you charging the renter a cleaning fee. So, on top of your biased move-out inspection by Rosemary, where if she finds a speck of dust or hair, then good luck getting your full deposit back. Bottom line, I was good to ALL of you, so don’t you ever put this back on me. You’re lucky I was fair and gave you 2 stars instead of 1. P.S. I know it’s you replying, Lisa. Care to tell everyone why you left East Hampton Estates?

I got hardly no deposit back cause they claimed the carpet wasn’t clean enough when I spent hours on it and then said they paid an electric bill for the place? I paid for electricity the entire time, it made no sense. Seems like they act nice until it’s time to pay back.

Lisa, Rosemary and Dayla are a god send. They are the nicest people I have met, and always make you feel welcomed and at home. A really great apartment complex, hope to be back one day.

La Crosse has set a standard that no other apartment community will ever be able to uphold. I moved to Kansas for. school no knowing anyone and the ladys in the office made a huge effort to make sure it didn't stay that way for long. La Crosse became my home not just a place I had to live while I was in Kansas. They really do spoil you rotten I never had to wait longer than a day to have any issues resolved no matter how minor (one time maintenance changed my tire) everything from the. over sized bath tub so the salt water swimming pool is luxurious. I have sadly left Wichita but not a moment goes by when I don't wish I could have taken this community and the people who became my family with me.
