If I could give 0 stars I would. Their $150 5 year warranty is a scam. I bought furniture that cost $1000 dollars from here. Although the furniture looked nice it didn't feel constructed to last for a long time. When I raised these concerns to the sales person I was told that paying an extra $150 they could set me up so that if anything happens to the furniture like tears, rips spill or if I didn't want the furniture anymore for any reason I could get replacement furniture for a 5 year period of time. Hesitantly I purchased the furniture and paid the extra $150 to be able to get new furniture within 5 years if I did not want the furniture that I had anymore. Fast forward 3 years as I expected the furniture did not hold up well and there are tears the springs are rising to the top to wear it is uncomfortable to sit ect. So I go about the process of getting new furniture (as I was told that I would be able to as long as it's within 5 years) I was denied because the tears on my furniture are not covered under this warranty and all claim decisions are final. So it was completely untrue that you can replace the furniture for any reason and had I known that I wouldn't have bought the furniture because it wasn't made to last.

Went to the store to shop for a bedroom set after going to multiple furniture stores. I was in shock with the prices and the employees. Josh was super helpful to help me find what I was looking for. He was very friendly and informative about the deals and sets they had in store. I left with the bedroom set I wanted! He was super helpful. I can assure you I’ll be back to buy more furniture and I’ll ask for Josh!
