I’ve been coming here once a week for 7-9 weeks in search for formula at 11am on my lunch break, at the same time I’m looking for hot and fresh food. Guess what! Chinese and sushi are always ready to go but the other side of the deli is never ready by that time!! Why?? Leaving empty handed with no formula is pretty upsetting, leaving there with no lunch and no formula is annoying as hell. People are hungry at this hour

Fruit, vegetables, produce is consistently sub-par. A recent TV commercial (2022) advertises their produce as SO "fresh" due to prime outsourcing and diligence. I have photo proof of the contrary.

At one time this store was great, now not so much. Prices missing from an entire endcap display, raided and unkempt shelves with inaccurate prices and a killer floor cleaner that breathed down my neck as I unrelentingly shopped that shelf until I was done. As I finished, it screamed at me with its digital beep and it was then that I looked up and found an employee hovering with an inpatient look about him. I said "are you beeping at me or is it this thing's fault?" Exasperated he replied, "it's the machine. It doesn't know the difference between an object or a person." "Maybe we need to have people cleaning the floors then," I responded. Then I walked to the self-checkout that I was forced to use if I didn't want to watch everything in my cart thaw while I waited for the human with fingers to check me out. Unfortunately I got behind a guy that was talking to a guy and not paying attention. When I noticed that there was an unoccupied checkout beyond the crowd I tried to alert him but he was too busy gabbing so I went. The self-checkout gestapo caught me as I approached and said "sorry sir, this one doesn't work." I then asked the kid, the one whose job it is to wrangle the chaos, to turn off the light if that one doesn't work, and took my place at the back again. This was one a nice store. Now it's usually okay but it's going downhill. I've not given up but I'm not as loyal as I once was.

Never have enough checkers and I never buy ice cream because I know I will be in a line for a while and it starts to melt,seafood shop doesn't open until 10 and sometimes later than that and I like to get my shopping done earlier so I can't buy seafood there,some young putz in the produce dept. rude and sarcastic.
