Wow, do I have a lot to say. I am so sorry for anyone who has to deal with the managers at this place, having worked here. I was not feeling good and after 2 days, the GM fired me for not giving a doctors note and not calling in. I was asleep when he texted me, so that’s how I started my day. All this in addition to refusal of removing me from the work groupchat because of petty vindictiveness. Do. Not. Work. Or. Order. From. Here. ❤️

I made a ordered on 5/27/2022 $37.06. I waited 2 1/2 hr. Still didn't receive my order. I asked for a refund and the person I was speaking with was rude and was rushing me off the phone. Told me that I had to wait until they weren't busy so that they can give me my refund and I still have not received a refund on my credit card. This is no way to do business I will be posting this on all social media platforms. Not to order from there. The only reason you got one star is so I can post this.

I rarely have pizza hit delivered, mostly because I know they get busy. But my deliveryman was great company, and the pizza was fresh and hot. Taste was great as well! Thank you for the experience.

I grew up on Pizza Hut. I think their pizzas are the best....until I moved into the area and this is my delivery restaurant. They consistently deliver late and their pizzas are awful. Undercooked, sparse toppings, just disgusting. I gave them two or three chances, thinking maybe it was just a bad night or whatever, but no, this is their standard. Final straw was tonight. Waited 90 minutes to get pizza. When I opened the box, it looked like it was dropped. Top that with the most undercooked pizza I've ever had served to me. I call to complain, and I'm in hold for 20 minutes before someone answers and then immediately hangs up without saying anything. So I drive there to complain, only to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. He said they could only cook me up a replacement pizza if I brought in the old one. I said no thanks, didn't feel like waiting 90 min for another awful pizza. STAY AWAY.
