Is the visitors center and everything still open with the use of masks etc now? Or have they closed due to Coronavirus? I want to take the kids but don't want to make a wasted trip for nothing...

Visitors Center is closed and so are the buildings as far as entering them. But nice walk around the grounds and able to see in the doorways of the cabins. Was there yesterday, Oct 14th.

They are all closed as far as I know. It was a bummer,I needed to use the restroom and the visitor center was closed. Unfortunately, until the election is over I don't think things are opening up 8n democrat run states. Not to be political and all but that's what this virus is 🙄

A couple of weeks ago they had most of the doors open to look inside and had one interpreter and the horses out. Visit center was closed but the were modern restrooms open in the village

Closed. It was still a wonderful walking trail and horses in the barn. Definelty worth still going.

Visitors Center is closed. The village is open "with limited interpretation" (per their web site). When we last time visited, this meant that you could see into one of the houses, but the rest of the houses were closed. I don't know if they have any other activities outside - not when we visited. https://www.lincolnsnewsalem.com
