I was fishing in my Kayak early last Friday morning and a mammal was swimming and hunting fish in the lake. Are there River Otters at the lake? What ever it was, it was pretty good sized and moved quickly through the water.

Jim, it could have been a beaver. They don't eat fish, but that's about the biggest mammal you'll see swimming in the water in Indiana.
