Frantesha, you would go to the Department of Human Services located at 705 N Country Fair Drive, Champaign, IL. It's basically a black building, with dark windows, and burgundy framing. The service is usually pretty good there, in person - they NEVER answer the phone! I believe that they're open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I hope this helps! 😁
