Usually if they arent busy they will get you in or set up a appointment for you to come back.

Depends on what time you go in . I would go in grab the applications off the wall . If there is not a long wait I would wait . If the line and wait is long . I would take everything with me and call or go on line .

Thursdays are Walk-Ins only. However getting there early, like right when they open is important. Otherwise you'll be in for a long wait.
