The store was crowded. Messy. Not very organized. Only 1 lady was doing anything/everything

If I could give a negative star I would! The problems we ran into were endless, this was by far the worst tuxedo rental I have ever been a part of. First, the customer service was horrible. From the fitting to the pickup, the communication and attention to detail was severely lacking. For myself, I told the individual what size I would need, as I wear a special size for shirts and jackets. He refused to listen and ended up having to order what size I told him. My jacket made me feel like Chris Farley in Tommy Boy, I couldn't move and if I did, I was surely going to split it in the back. My pants were another major issue, one pant leg was longer than the other, the pants were two sizes too big. I told the guy fitting me that I needed long pants as I'm 6'4" and wear 34" inseams, the pants I got, if I wore them where they are supposed to be worn were maybe a 29" inseam on the right leg and 28" at least on the left. When I sat down, you could almost see the tops of my socks. SO that was my issues, then my son who was the groom, his vest, jacket and shirt was no where near fitting him. They ordered the wrong size for him, the only saving grace was the person at the store brought it to the venue. Otherwise, we would have been really up a creek. Several groomsmen's were not fitted properly and the best mans shirt and jacket were originally ordered 4 inches too long. They had to fix it in the store but regardless they should have ordered it correctly in the first place. I would HIGHLY recommend finding somewhere else to order tuxes for your event.

Poor customer service. Ordered a suit for work and they lost my suit that was shipped to store. Each time I visited the store the wait times for an associate to be waited on was upsurd. The store is severely understaffed and one of the associates was so high he could barely ring up my order when I was finally done with this place.

Yes
Shouldn't be much. I currently rented a tux for a wedding, and it wasn't much. Like 160.
Masks required and social distancing
Really, just depends on what their workload is. If you luck out and get in at a time where they've not had a bunch of alterations come in, you might have it done within 1-2 days. Come in during prime wedding season, 2-3 weeks is more likely. There's just no way to tell. Best option would be to give them a call, as they could probably tell you (within a day or two of accuracy) when it could be done.
Cost depends on exactly what is needed. From when I got my suit done, I found the costs very reasonable. Alterations to new items purchased there also get a 50% discount, which is great since I always need some customization for a good fit.
