Came to replace broken glass. Window does not seal all the way up after installation and you could hear broken glass inside the door. According to the technician here, the installation was done correctly and there is no way to get the broken pieces out. Of course, I did not believe it and went to another shop and payed them to redo it. Turns out the alignment was simple to adjust and broken pieces can be easily cleaned out. I would only come here again if I don't have any other options.

Fantastic service! Scheduled online a day or two before. Chip at the front desk explained everything in detail and re-assured me before even getting started. Positive attitude, exactly who you want to talk to. Eric and Kary in the shop did a great job with the repair! Hopefully, I don't ever NEED to get my windshield repaired or replaced again but if I do, I'll definitely come back to this location because of this crew.

I had the pleasure of having an OEM windshield for an Audi A4 installed and calibrated by the staff at Safelite Champaign. The entire experience was excellent. I highly encourage and recommend this facility. From the Safelite website, to the notification of my insurance, to the contact person at the Champaign facility everything went smoothly. The installation and the quality of the work was truly excellent. I could not be happier.

Take less than 30 minutes. Be careful though. They claim they can fix it cracks and chips up to 6 inches. I took mine in about a month ago for a 1 inch Crack. It got bigger while they were doing it. Whatever, they they said that that might happen because they fill it under pressure. NEXT DAY, both sides grew like 3 inches. And it has progressively gotten worse. Only gets worse when my vehicle is just sitting. I called and complained and they said that I still have to pay a deductible to replace my windshield even tho it's there fault that it get worse because they didn't completely fill the Crack to begin with
That needs to be asked in the store , i dont work there i was A customer they did a new windsheild for me and did a great job.

Depends on whether you have glass breakage on your insurance policy. Same thing happened to us. We have coverage. Cost us our deductible and that was all.. I definitely recommend this company. They did a great job and it didn't take all day.
