The food has gone down hill and into a ditch not to be recovered. We’ve been eating at Pellegrinis since 2015. It used to be our go to spot for pizza. Over the years the quality has dropped. A few weeks ago I went in to get an Italian sandwich. The cashier asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no, she said it would be 15-20 minutes… I was the only one there and the cook was just leaning… Ok so I wait. I took the order out to my car to eat my lunch and it is hot when I said “no” to it being toasted. On top of that it was full of Mayo (which shouldn’t be on an Italian) and the lettuce and tomatoes were the brown ends. I went back in to tell her that it was all wrong and wanted a refund (I didn’t even bite in). She said no refund but we will make you a new one, I watched her go into the back take a new piece of bread and scoop off everything from my sandwich to the new piece of bread then re-wrapped it. I just walked out. They can keep the money, they lost a customer

Tried it for a first time and was not disappointed. Pizza and garlic knots was very flavorful, affordable and staff was friendly.

FANTASTIC FOOD! I'm from Chicago way back so, I had the best. This place has real fries cooked to perfection, Meatballs in a marinara with mozzarella in a split hom-baked bread loaf. Sandwich perfectly-balanced. Food arrived hot with all items requested.Will definitely order from again.

The worst pizza in living memory. The crust was bland and uncooked, sauce flavorless, and cheese sweet. We had two pizzas and they were both uneatable. The toppings were pretty much uncooked and did not blend in with the pizza. I tried this place because the rating, but did not share the experience. Not going back.
