PF Chang’s food always tastes fresh and Amazing. We had made reservations however it seems like the reservation portal never works as employees always seem confused when you advise them of the reservation. The service was on point as the server was attentive and responsive.

Both the food Quality and the service were terrible. The white guy with the long hair did not even bother to clean down the table - until I told him. Even then he did not seem pleased to do so. The bar area was covered with dirty dishes that he also did not clean off. The salad was a giant mess of just greens missing all the other topics. This place has greatly gone down the tube in everything. Even the soup was bad. I immediately left and ate somewhere else. The waiter was clueless and the main course was so bad that I had to ask for a refund
