Easily the worst Target store I have ever visited, I will never return to this location or recommend to others. The store was extremely disorganized; every aisle I visited there were items chaotically misplaced. It was a hazard to all shoppers on the floor. Majority of price check scanners were not working, so I had to loop around the store to look for one that was in service. Not a single employee reached out to offer help or support. I found a blanket on clearance for $9. The tag on the shelf marked it as $9 and I even scanned the tag on my app to double check that it was the correct item. However, the cashier at checkout was extremely rude and would not honor the price. When she scanned the item, it didn’t show up in the system since it was a clearance item and the last one on the shelf. She ordered me to go back to where I found the blanket, and then come back to bring her the yellow clearance tag that I previously scanned. Although the tag clearly stated from $30 to $9, the cashier would not honor the price and told me it was $25.50. She made incredibly rude remarks that shocked my family. We had to put the item back and left the store extremely disappointed. It’s a bummer as I am in the process of moving into a new place and loved to shop at Target. However, after this experience I will not be visiting any Target for a while.

I went to buy a bean bag chair today for my kid and when I put it on the floor to test it out, an employee came up to me and said “I can’t have you sitting there” and when I told him I was just testing it out, he said “ I don’t care”. This is unacceptable. Do better Target!!

I feel odd reviewing a Target… but I just had to go out of my way to tell of my wonderful experience. I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Valentina who helped me out at the guest services/returns desk. I had the most difficult week and she was so sweet and did the smallest act of kindness, which may have seemed minuscule to her, but it honestly made my terrible week worth it just to experience such a kind hearted person. She definitely deserves a promotion and/or raise. She has amazing customer service and her positivity shines through. Thank you! ❤️

The customer service management team was chasing me up and down the store. Monitoring me. Asking if I'm finding everything OK. Ran passed me talking on the radio." I'm almost at him" and turned around and followed me to the cashier. Then waited at the cashier watching my cart and my purchase. I said nothing. Did nothing. Just buying my household items and food for the week on my target gold card I've earned. The security guards also walked me to the door after I purchased. I was in a t-shirt and Camouflage shorts. clean shoes. Properly shaved and well groomed gentleman. I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy shopping here for products I need for my move here. There's no possible way I could even steal any products with shorts and a tee shirt to be treated like some thief. They were determined to "get me" purchased at The timestamp of this check in. So you can observe camera footage of clearly a biased and unethical filled employee store who needs training on equal rights and freedom of movement. Non discrimination procedures and customer service training. I never thought I would have to write about a favorite store I shop monthly at and have a credit card at. Beware of this location during the daytime hours.
