Customer service here is not so great. So disappointed. As soon as you walk in, MOST of the staff are so “cold” as if they hate their jobs. Nordstrom customer service ranks way higher than Saks! Their selection isn’t all that impressive either. It looks like I’ll just stick with buying things online than to shop in-store.

I went there to return some clothes I purchased online. Two employees at the clothing department made excuses not to handle the return: one claimed that the register in front of her didn’t work and directed me to the other side of clothing department. I went there and didn’t see anyone around to help me and went back to ask her if she could go to that register to do the return. She told me that I could go anywhere in the store to do the return…instead of helping me herself. I caught another employee in the clothing department and asked for help. She walked away from me so quickly and claimed that she was helping a customer…although I didn’t see whom she was helping. I ran into the floor manager. She told me that I could either wait in line or go to other counter, like jewelry department or cosmetic department… In the end, a staff at the jewelry department took care of it. Thank you for the extra miles! If this is the way Saks at Vegas to handle returns for the clothing, why even have the online purchase option! It is really disappointing!
