Yes, however the airport is essentially closed. Very little staff is onsite, you cannot go to the gate until TSA clocks in and opens the gate. 530am* But you can wait in the main lounge area.

It is a very small airport. I had a 5:20 flight and arrived at 4:00. Nothing was open.

They should be keep in mind the terminals are only so long as far as distance so you're not going to see much as if you would in someplace like Atlanta or Charlotte. You're probably just best to have a tablet or a music player to keep you entertained once you've exhausted all the walking you can take, unless exercise is your goal.
