Cant patch a tire with 1 and a half hours left in the day no workers in sight guy behind the counter asked if I expected him to do it... um yeah this is a tire shop right?

Howlong does it take do a car inspection i was told me it take 8am tell 4pm had 5 car be for me I thank didnot want do it

It depends on the time of month that you go. Their inspection hours are limited. I had to leave my car there overnight but it was done first thing in the morning.
