Why are people randomly walking up to POC in public and asking them if they need help? I get this is a ministry but just assuming someone needs help based on literally nothing at all is INVASIVE and wildly INSULTING. GHENT AREA MINISTRY, COME GET YOUR PEOPLE.

Yes , depending on your situation they can help with almost anything you might need.
Yes they do,, but you have to go in and talk with them...
They cut back on handing out money I know they do food voucher sometimes but mostly clothes and if you get a place they sometimes will help with utilities or security
