Did you hide them within the limits of the city? You can take them to the Austin Animal Center. 7201 Levander Loop, Austin, TX 78702.

You can call 211 to see if there is any place where they can go pick them up and put them to saved or else they will tell you if you can take them to certain places where they do accept them
