You can't adopt a monkey in this location since it's an animal hospital. You could try some rescues but monkeys are very hard to find in Texas. The ones you find don't necessarily come from an ethical and good place.
The fact that you're asking that question here shows you don't qualify for responsible primate keeping.
Think about this before you get a monkey. Baby monkeys are stolen from their mothers then they are smuggled into the US. That’s how many exotic animals are obtained so people can have a “cool and unusual” pet.
I don't believe you can adopt a monkey at any of Austin's animal shelters, the only animals I've seen at any of the shelters are dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits. You might contact one of the small local zoos like the one in Cedar Creek/Bastrop and see what you would need to do to have a monkey.
