You will need to make an appointment with Austin Animal Center in order to surrender your pets. Keep in mind that while Austin is a "no-kill" city it doesn't mean that your dogs will not be at risk of euthanasia. "No-kill" is defined as 90% or higher live outcome rates which means they could possibly still euthanize 10% of the animals that go through the shelter. Typically animals are only euthanized due to health or behavior issues though, and Austin Animal Center's numbers are usually around 96% live outcome. Good luck with your dogs.
