Why is it every time I try to call here they never answer the phone? I’ve been waiting two days for a prescription that was never sent to the pharmacy. It’s very negligent practice.

I had a positive experience there. That day there were two people at the front desk. The phones were answered quickly. I did not have an appointment. I waited about 15/20 min to be seen by a doctor. My prescription was at CVS when I got there.

I was there a couple of days ago. Its a very busy place especially during Covid. So that one person in the front does everything by themself. I know that isnt an excuse at all. I would show up in person cause you cant be ignored while standing there.
