Very good service everyone was nice and friendly the dr gave me everything I needed overall service was 5 stars mainly because it was very clean not packed at all and simple information to fill out and get started

COVID-19 testing is free for all but you must need to bring any of following; Social Security Number, Passport copy, Insurance id or Driving License
