Total and complete waste of time. I walked out. Unprofessional on so many levels. For starters, the doctor walked into the waiting room and didn't say good morning to the patients waiting to be seen. The girls at the front desk need more training. The place was dark. Please cut some lights on. Brighten up the place. Take that paper out of the windows so the place doesn't look closed. This place is more interested in taking your money than giving a thorough check up and diagnosis. To the doctor open up your ears and listen to what the patient is telling you. I will not return. Thumbs down.

This office either needs to be closed or new doctors need to be hired. My experience with Dr. Gathers was completely pointless and wasted my time. Couldn't confirm or deny my son's diagnosis, won't sign a simple school letter, and told me I needed to see a pediatrician or come back. Why? So you can bill my insurance again. While I was sitting there, he also denied signing someone else's forms. As if he didn't want his name attached to any paper trail. The service was completely poor as soon as he walked into the office. Maybe the Med Student should run the place since he was very professional and had a proper bedside manner. Also, train your employees properly. If I ask for a name, the first thing should not be "I just started, I don't know anyone's name".

Very fast and efficient service. Receptionist was very nice helped me with everything. Doctor prescribed effective medication. No wait time.
