We've shppped this store as long as it has been here. Within the last two years there has been Covid issues, staffing issues, a long term manager has retired and been re[placed with a new, very firendly mnacger, who is fighting general staffing issues (A National problem of people not all that anxious to work, compounded locally by the lack of affordable housing), pharmacist staffing issues (currently, there is only one pharmacist resulting in the pharmacy being closed 2-days per week)-- Sat. & Sun., plus product supply chain issues. The local competitor, Savon (Abertson's) is fully staffed with several pharmacists and pharmacy assistants (two of the pharmacists were former Rite Aid Pharmacists). However, they too have similar product supply chain issues. We're sticking with Rite Aid!!! They are trying very hard to provide the level of service that we've always been used to.

Waited 10 minutes for ice cream, only one person doing checkout. Kept ringing customers and not acknowledging us. Finally a lull in customers and he was talking into his walkie talkie and still no one came. Finally acknowledged us and said we needed to pay for ice cream before being served. I already waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Needless to say customer service lacking in this place. Won't be returning to this location

Pleasantly surprised! Very large. Oodles of options for meds and health & beauty. Plus, some clothing, toys, dollar section, baby things, pet supplies, and more. Wish I had gone here first before trying Albertsons for supplies.

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been too, and you can never get anyone on the phone. Don’t bother choosing a time to have your prescriptions filled no matter how in advance you call because you will still wait for 20-30 minutes because they didn’t fill it yet. Not to mention you will sit at the drive through forever before even being acknowledged!
