Great for kayaks, SUPs and fly-fishing tubes. Whole lake is no wake zone. Paved sites, gravel roads, pit toilets and hand pump water ( not recommended for drinking, bring your own). Nicely socially distanced sites. Attracts a quiet bunch.

Great place, lots to do around that area of the woods. Take the family or friends, enjoy back packing, hiking, or fishing there.

Had an awesome time and the camp host last summer was the best, walked the campground everyday making sure everyone was having a good time, wish I knew if he was there this year

It was beautiful there. I was the camp host so I spent the summer there. With the fires in the area and smoke all around us this little valley was virtually smoke free. Chipmunks are very friendly and will move in with you if you feed them.

No. Bring a generator and plenty of water.
I wouldn't go there, or recreate at all up there. At all. It's really dangerous. Lots of undertoes, dead trees that fall all the time. I'm shocked at the disparity of it.
We never have when we have gone Monday thru Thursday's but always do if we are just going for the weekend. Also it has no garbage service's, so its pack-in, pack-out.
