If I sell a car to someone from Oregon, but I have my Idaho plates on my car, which I understand I have paid for, what do I do with them upon the sale to the out of state buyer?

Remove your plates from your vehicle when you sell it. The registration and plates belong to you and you are welcome to transfer the plate and/or the time left on your plate to another vehicle.

The McCall DMV is taking walk-ins in addition to appointments. Appointments can be made through the Valley County website.

Sign states you are open until 4pm. However, I came there today (Monday) at 3:15 and 3:40 and door was locked?

The McCall DMV is open until 4pm; please be aware that due to time constraints, there may not be enough time to process title transactions after 3:45.
