My wife is feeling really bad, has fever and strong cough. Not Covid. I gave them a call and asked if they can do an X-ray and give us a result immediately since it’s Saturday night, they said yes, I ordered her a taxi, yet when she came she was refused to be given X-ray — they said they’re not doing it at this time and even if they were, the results wouldn’t arrive until Monday or Tuesday. Waste of time and money. People in the lobby weren’t wearing masks so it’s also potentially dangerous for health.

Do not waste your time at this place. Go straight to the ER!! I came in with my kid who fell and had a very strong pain and a swollen arm (after I was told on the phone that they have X-rays available). They made us wait for 2 hours for the doctor, and got the x-rays just to find out that they’ll have the results only 2 days later. Now we sitting in the ER waiting another 2 hours for a doctor to send us for X-rays again. Instead of letting us know when we checked in about the X-rays results time, they made a suffering kid with apparently broken arm wait so long just so they can do their X-rays and get the money from the insurance

You have to show a negative no more than three days before your flight, your best bet will be to take it Tuesday so your results will be ready for Thursday.

You are required to have insurance, however pretty much like an emergency room. Broken bones, stitches and stuff like that can be treated here
We accept all NY BCBS plans. And all private ones from out of state.
We accept all NY state United healthcare plans. And all PPO plans (regardless of the state) from that corp. I can't commit on out of pocket costs before we see which specific plan you have. Just walk in.
