We accept all NY state United healthcare plans. And all PPO plans (regardless of the state) from that corp. I can't commit on out of pocket costs before we see which specific plan you have. Just walk in.

Hi am the manager at Crown Heights Urgent Care. We accept all United healthcare plans including community and essential. *co pay would be whatever your insurance lists for urgent care co pay etc.

I am almost positive that they do accept that insurance and it does not cost more than a pediatric office
