The gentleman has had recent medical issues, but was honest about it and the time it might take to repair. I have a spare pair of boots so I left boots for repair. Place reminds me of a real close cobbler shop from my youth.

Pretty rude customer service. Only needed a small piece put on my boot, less than a five minute job to install, waited an entire week and it still hasn't been done. Was not too keen on waiting so long, will look elsewhere next time.

I came here after seeing great reviews only to be told that the repair would need to be paid in full up front, (ok)in cash or a 4% surcharge would be added, (ok), As I’m pulling the cash out of my wallet he finishes by then telling me it would take him 3 months to do the work bc he’s the only repair guy in the surrounding 3 counties . I picked up my boot and walked out.

I brought my motorcycle boots in to get resoled, and they didn't have any suitable soles. I sourced out some soles from the manufacturer (Gaerne), and the cobbler said they would work as well as the Vibrams they offered me, and agreed to do the work. About a month later, one of the soles started separating from the midsole, and they refused to fix it, offering instead to resole again with Vibram soles for additional money. REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: It definitely was NOT explained to me that you can't guarantee the soles I provided (manufacturer soles, not aftermarket). You made me believe you were as confident in them as you were the Vibrams you sell. I had been considering sending the boots to a manufacturer-authorized repair shop in the Midwest for less money, but really wanted to keep my business local. I will definitely follow your advice and take my business elsewhere from now on.

My husband has Justin boots repaired and that cost 30 dollars he does great work and is very reasonable
I'm sorry. But we don't offer that service. The Natty Dresser on 1st Ave might. But I'm not sure. At any rate, I would give them a call. If they don't offer that service they may know who does.
That would depend on the extent of the damage. 1/2 sole & heels run $80. Full sole & heels is $100. A little extra if I have to rewelt them.
