The receptionist was very rude. She screamed at me. And the doctor dismissed everything I said. I have a sinus infection and my primary couldn't see me. I needed antibiotics. He was more concerned with my eye because it was red and watery. I told him it was from sinus pressure and allergies. I told him I was going to leave and he said absolutely not and he made me go to the eye clinic down the road. They told me my eye is fine and that it was from sinus pressure and allergies, just like I Said. It was a waste of my day and got no help. The doctor there is terrible!!!! I will never go back there.

I saw the neg posts and decided I had to share. I don't understand the neg comments. I went here on a Sat morning, the guard was a jerk but the actually Samaritan staff was amazing! The receptionist was so nice and helpful. After filling out the info I only sat for about 2 minutes then called back. The med assistance Niki was so caring and professional. Dr. Peterson was respectful and listened to me. He was thorough and took very good care of me. He sent a prescription to my Pharmacy and was in and out in under an hour. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND SAMARITAN URGENT CARE ALBANY! I will not hesitate to go again.

Went there to get a covid test for both of my daughters and I. The woman behind the counter told me because they aren't showing symptoms they won't do a covid test. I told her I was. I need to have a covid test done for them because my daughter was close exposure with a classmate and can't go back, unless negative or wait ten days. Pretty much said they didn't want to waste the insurance companies money on a test that's coming back negative. Gave me a piece of paper for a testing site that doesn't open until tomorrow. Which now my parents also have to wait to see if they should get tested longer because I was refused service because my daughters weren't showing symptoms. This is what insurance companies are paid for, from our pockets and taxes. They are under the age of 12 so there is no vaccine available for them. Even though I am vaccinated I can still get covid. I find this highly disturbing as our medical system when they could be a symptomatic.

Absence of true service with rude people behind the desk. Just went in with a general question (that could have been answered if they would pick up the phones), and the employee behind the desk (with horribly filled in eyebrows) was very rude. I had to blatantly announce my issue aloud after my first 2 bits of info about my freaking ovaries wasn't enough. I said ovaries and she looked like she had no idea what the word meant. I'd rather get BV again then go back here.
