The drive thur is terrible! Be prepared to wait 45 minutes in your car. And sit at the window for another 20 while they completely ignore you! They also charge so much more for my sons rx than other places in town. Trying to reach them on the phone is about the same as the drive thru. Waited 30 mins on hold. Wish they could get it together because having a drive thru with kids in the car is so nice.

The slowest service I have ever experienced for prescriptions. It sometimes takes days for them to fill a simply antibiotic prescription. Usually takes 30 to 60 minutes to pick up items if you use the drive thru and about as long if you go inside to pick up. I cannot tell why service is so slow.

I have normally been very happy with the service and products provided but they let me down big time. I made and appointment and went and had a "Two hour" covid test so I could travel internationally. 24 hours later, I still do not have the results (which is the same as one of my co-workers also traveling but using a different Walgreens). So, neither of us got to travel as planned. This appears to be just a weekend issue as two other coworkers got results within 20 minutes during the week. There is some fine print buried in their website that warns about this, but you have to look really hard to find it.

I went in there today 3/4/22 11:00am because I needed a home Covid test, (I was wearing a Doordash mask) I searched an couldn't find any so I went to the back and asked the physicians and they said "They're in the front area" so I went up front and asked two females at the counter....one with grey/black hair dismissively said "we're out" so I just started walking out....then she said "Hey I got a question for you.... someones on Doordash has been taking money off my card so what should I do about that??" .....taken a back I told her to call them an she just kept complaining that someones charged money on her card.....this upset me because I GENUINELY felt like I had Covid and I NEEDED a test and now I felt she was accusing me of taking money from her....I felt no concern from her about my situation.... instead I felt like she was accusing me of something, this was SO UNPROFESSIONAL and I tried to help her but after I left I couldn't believe that happened!! I'll probably never shop there again after her lack of concern... except for herself!!

I went to bi-mart and the service is much better and they actually do the work and dont shut down for two hours to have lunch like walgreens pharmacy does.
That's why I switched pharmacies
You can walk in. I'm not sure if the booster us available yet, but you can call and find out.
