The doctors here don't care and don't pay attention to what's going on. I've been a few times and every time they've done a poor job, so I've wound up going to my primary care a few days later for something that should have been handled when I went here. Except for the time they really flubbed it and sent me to the ER two days later. You're better off waiting a day or two to get in to a regular physician than wasting time here.

Wonderful experience! Very welcoming and friendly staff, speedy and efficient process. I'm grateful that they listened to me and helped solve my issue right away when my pcp couldn't 💚

Do NOT recommend!!! Waited in a completely empty waiting room for far too long as the front desk did nothing and clearly everyone was just lazy. I went to city md to get my blood drawn for a specific illness and I was told at the front desk that was ok. When I finally see the doctor, she tells me they do not do that and goes in circles explaining nothing. She tells me they will not charge me for the visit and the front desk is told the same yet here I am a couple weeks later with a bill for no service provided.

Based on other reviews, it seems like it really depends on which doctor sees you. I went in last week just to make sure everything was okay after I had fainted the day before. I had fainted before, but developed a weird symptom of feeling like there’s fluid in my right ear. So I wanted to ask about that also. First, I had to wait 20min in waiting room, then 20 additional mins in an exam room before the doctor saw me. Once the doctor walked in, she asked if I came in for other issues..? And I saw no. She apologized saying she had confused me with another patient. Then when I asked her if the clogged ear sensation had anything to do with fainting and she quickly cut me off and said that has nothing to do with it. So then I asked if it could possibly be related to another condition I have. Then she quickly said no and started walking out the door when I still had questions. The whole time, I felt like I was an inconvenience, and felt like I wasn’t being heard. She said I don’t have an ear infection and probably just have fluid in my middle ear. And that was the whole diagnosis. Now it’s been 2 days and my right ear is killing me, I’ll probably need to go see another doctor if this doesn’t go away.
