I recently visited this urgent care for the first time. PA Khan was an amazing provider, not only did she take time to explain things thoroughly, she was also reassuring and caring. Truly unlike any other treatment I have received!

PA khan is PHENOMENAL. i was concerned about some pain in my throat today and decided to head over to the urgent care. She sat me down and assured me I will be okay. She did many tests and it turns out I just have a sore throat. She was comforting and amazing. She really made me a priority

We were seen by PA W khan . Well we went there for a cyst , as soon as she walked into the room she acted like she is sending us somewhere else . She made up her mind before she came into the room . I know now most of the PAs take the easy way out , just covid text patients. They don’t want deal with complicated things . Charging us so much money , so before you see us let us know , stop wasting people’s time . Instead of focusing us patients volume , treat at lest one pt. The right way . Shame on you .

24-48 hours for a PCR test, but always ask the assistant or Dr. how many tests a day they are processing, that will change your timeline.
I had a positive experience there. That day there were two people at the front desk. The phones were answered quickly. I did not have an appointment. I waited about 15/20 min to be seen by a doctor. My prescription was at CVS when I got there.
I agree I like pro health in general but they should absolutely have a phone line OPEN to call us in
Almost positive you can easily call and confirm
its takes roughly 45 minutes to process a walk in, so if they are two persons ahead of you its a good 90 minutes wait
