I agree with all the other statments. I moved in Aug. For two months i have has water leaks from the heavy rain. Becauae of these leaks there is hole in the ceiling and plaster hanging...for two months! I have reported it many times. I love the layout but it is much older and i have litterly run into racoons.

There is a lot of problems since I moved in but the new management is slowly trying to fix the place. Be sure to see the apartment you are living in before you settle. I wish i would've. And my upstairs neighbors are so heavy, it wakes me up at night.
They are older and have switched ownership twice in the last two years. They are nice outside but cabinets are falling apart, raccoons exist in ceilings, water runs rampant through the buildings due to leaks they refuse to fix, parking is just kind of whatever, and many of the indoor fixtures are old and falling apart.
