I spoke to the office about the change and according to them the water bill isn't included in our rent, and apparently no one has had to pay it since GVA took over so they issued a new payment without any warning. Yet we were told when we signed that water was included. Office refused to provide us with a price breakdown
This post is true we were without water for 9 days and maintenance is taking progressively longer to even acknowledge a request. I have had a hole in my ceiling for 3 months now
I don't know what the office is referring to by their feedback on the bad reviews. The whole "call us and let us make this right" facade. Honey we are telling you how to make it right. Discount our rent. Quit playing the victim.
Is this place without water again? During one of the hottest days with no end in sight for when you will have water again?
