You could remove the filter of a wet/dry vac and pull most out with that. If it's bad enough though, you should just call a water remediation company and have them take care of it properly.
What kevin suggested. Also if you have a sump pump make sure it is functioning properly as we start getting more rain coming. Do obstructions in the well or build up that would clog like mude or silt.
