Of the two Lowe's stores in the Manassas area, it is the store that carries products, and actually has people who will help you. The store is organized and clean.

Unhelpful staff. Gives “I don’t know” Or “this isn’t my section”answers then walks away from you. Three employees did this, each in separate aisle. Each with the same smug and unengaged attitude. Visited around 8:00 PM on Monday, October 24th. I’ll go to Home Depot.

Gainesville Lowes advertises “in stock” carpet installed in 5 days or less (picture of signage). BS - couldn’t find a rep in flooring 2 nights in a row to set things up. Ordered online… a couple of days for a measure-up / a couple of days for the measure-up to get to Lowes for a quote. A couple of days for Lowes to get us the quote/pay, then found out the “in-stock” carpet had to be ordered from the warehouse and that would take a week. Lame at best since there was a huge roll of the carpet in the store. I will say the installers (not Lowes people) were great!

Very busy during this visit getting mulch and other garden tools and plumbing parts. Easy to find isles, helpful employees and very efficient cashiers made it a fast shopping stop. I will definitely come back in the future for all my hardware and garden needs
