The club provides a challenging course that is in excellent condition. The fairways are fair with only a few blind shots. The greens a very challenging with lots of slope and a few brutal pin positions. Unfortunately, the driving range was closed. But the chipping area is nice. The putting green is too sloped for my tastes as it is difficult to practice your stroke with a level line. The clubhouse food was definitely above average for the buffet we ate. All around a nice visit. Greens are in excellent fall conditions.

The people are very friendly and the clubhouse is nice but the golf course conditions were horrible. Unmowed grass, spotty mowing, huge crabgrasses in the fairway.

Golf review only. Solid track that is quirky at times. Set in a nice housing development. A typical country club with houses on both sides throughout. Several greens run away from you which deals with some tricky situations, especially out of the rough. But the routing does a good job of providing variety off the tee and into each green. Greens are always in great shape, but they are just on the slow side. Overall conditions are also really good for the area. Solid track I would love to play several times a year if I ever met any members. Also a place I would consider joining if I lived in the area. Putting green is extremely sloped, but that's what you will encounter on the course at times. They have two small chipping greens too. One major downside are the floating golf balls on the driving range. Balls fly much higher than normal and don't give you good feedback while practicing. The staff have always been extremely nice and helpful whenever I have been here, whether it's for a tournament or when I have played as a guest. I am looking forward to coming back.

Attended a Wedding there recently- stay far away if your planning an event. Guests in their Ballroom were below max occupancy but cooling system couldn't keep up- an hour into the event it was 79 degrees (and no one was dancing yet). If you have ever been wearing a suit and sitting in a 79 degree muggy room you know its not fun. Staff didn't have the key to open the case around the thermostat and refused to call anyone. By the second hour we reached 81 degrees, that's when we left. Unfortunately the wedding party did not have this option. Staff did not collect the dirty dishes from the tables for nearly the entire night- good luck if you wanted an appetizer and dinner, there's not enough room for both plates. There were a few other minor issues as well. I wanted to voice these concerns rather than post a review but guess what? Nobody in the event staff or food and beverage answers the phone. Exactly what we all want to see in a venue for a big day.

Guests can stay for up to six months. Not many children here and no playgrounds so things may not be fun for them. Pool in summer of course but limited times.
Yes. No playgrounds.
One member of the household must be 55 or over. We have some mixed age cases.
Its either recycle or trash. Chinese are not buying as much so rules change over time.
Have one in my backyard. There are standards and an application process.
Yes I have two. The HOA asks that you pick upafter them if you walk them.
Only if you are with a resident. You can have special events there but don't know minimum amount.
Also, future plans to install walking paths. There are sidewalks everywhere.
Ask management. Too technical for public.
