Are you trying to get the puppy fixed? They do intake if you want to surrender and it is a 25$ fee. If your wanting to get the mom fixed, as long as she is no longer nursing naturally or producing milk she can be fixed. You'd have to see if you live in a qualifying zip code for the free spay.
