Can we drop off a stray at the animal care service or we have to fill out something

I believe you would have to fill out some paperwork stating that the animal does not belong to you and where exactly you found it, in case someone lost it in that area.

I know they spay/neuter & return stray cats to your neighborhood...a no kill shelter. This is at no cost to you. Not sure about dogs.

You do have to call before you go.

Drop offs are at certain times you can call the Texas 411 number to have the stray picked up
